| How does steam cleaning work? |

| First we locate the area to clean. |

| Then we use the steam nozzel and brush to heat, scrub, and wipe away. |

| The area drys and we check to make sure it was cleaned sufficiently. |

| After all grout lines are done we spot check it once more and if there are any areas that need to be steamed again we take care of it at this time. |

| Once the grout drys we apply the sealer. |
